If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within thirty (30) days of the ship date at karenisnyc@gmail.com.
You may return merchandise within thirty (30) days of the ship date providing the item returned is in the same condition as when received.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a refund will be promptly processed and a credit will be issued. Items deemed to have been worn may only be returned if they are confirmed to have been defective.
Monogram jewelry or special request orders cannot be returned unless defective.
Please note: All refunds are made within 30 days of order. Shipping fees are not refunded. Afterwards, all refunds will become a store credit for 1 year. After 1 year, no refund or store credit will be issued.
