If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within thirty (30) days of the ship date at info@karenegren.com so we can authorize your return and issue a return label.  We will gladly accept returns and issue a full refund including any shipping and handling charges.  There is no cost to you for return charges in the U.S. or Canada. 

You may return merchandise within thirty (30) days of the ship date providing the item returned is in the same condition as when received.  All we ask is that you return the item(s) to us in the original packaging.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a refund will be promptly processed and a credit will be issued in the same form as your original method of payment.  Items deemed to have been worn may only be returned if they are confirmed to have been defective. 

Please note that exceptions sometimes apply to this policy when stated at time of purchase.  Monogram jewelry or special request orders cannot be returned unless defective.
